How do I ensure the correct sizing?
Our shoes are available in standard US and International sizes. You can determine your perfect fit in two ways:

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! The Gentleman Sole offers both free standard shipping and paid express options. All orders are shipped from our E.U. warehouse.
- Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders; or
- Priority Shipping with a low flat rate and 100% delivery insurance.
How long is the delivery?
- Free Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days* after product completion.
- Paid Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days* after product completion.

What is your cancellation and returns policy?
The Gentleman Sole offers a 14-day return policy for any defects on our Bespoke collection. If you need to return your order, simply use our easy returns portal.
